About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, and workplace logistics at the New York headquarters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors to provide a "white-glove" guest experience.
- Manage office inventory, including pantry, kitchen, and workplace supplies, ensuring the environment is always well-stocked and guest-ready.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, recruiting events, and employee gatherings, including catering and room setup.
- Act as the liaison for building management and workplace vendors, tracking performance and resolving service issues.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and Human Capital teams, including onboarding logistics and document execution.
- Coordinate IT and AV needs, assisting with equipment setup and conference room technology troubleshooting.
- Obtain a notary commission within the first month of employment to support document notarization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, facilities, or workplace operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a hospitality-minded approach to service.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- High degree of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a consistent in-office presence Monday through Friday.
