Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the corporate head office and manage the office administration team, including receptionists, assistants, and drivers
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring professional visitor greeting, call routing, and meeting room coordination
  • Plan and execute corporate events, including venue sourcing, catering, and logistical coordination
  • Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and facility repairs in coordination with building management and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and fire safety regulations
  • Manage business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and insurance
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, manage company assets, and negotiate with suppliers for corporate rates
  • Oversee company residential properties, including lease administration and maintenance coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Reception, Office Management, or Front Desk Customer Service management
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Advanced computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience in team leadership and managing external service providers
