About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the corporate head office and manage the office administration team, including receptionists, assistants, and drivers
- Manage front office operations, ensuring professional visitor greeting, call routing, and meeting room coordination
- Plan and execute corporate events, including venue sourcing, catering, and logistical coordination
- Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and facility repairs in coordination with building management and vendors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and fire safety regulations
- Manage business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and insurance
- Handle procurement of office supplies, manage company assets, and negotiate with suppliers for corporate rates
- Oversee company residential properties, including lease administration and maintenance coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or an equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Reception, Office Management, or Front Desk Customer Service management
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Advanced computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing external service providers
