Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of the office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE) framework.
• Manage human resources, including recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and performance reviews for the office team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the office doctors and the clinical/retail team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as team scheduling, weekly meetings, inventory assessment, and supply ordering.
• Maintain facility standards, ensuring compliance with safety rules, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor and enforce company cash handling policies and submit accurate financial documentation.
• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by utilizing management tools and exercising independent judgment.

Requirements

• Proven management experience.
• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to pass a background check as required by the state.
• Must provide proof of identity and the right to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-related experience in eye care or retail management.
• Professional certifications such as ABO, NCLE, or LDO.
• State Optician’s License (where required by the company).
