About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of the office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE) framework.
  • Manage human resources, including recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and performance reviews for the office team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the office team and the associated doctors.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations such as team scheduling, weekly meetings, inventory assessment, and supply ordering.
  • Maintain facility standards, including safety rules, HIPAA and OSHA requirements, and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor and enforce company cash handling policies and submit accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience.
  • High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by the state.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-related experience in an optical or clinical setting.
  • Professional certifications such as ABO, NCLE, or LDO.
