Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of the office location
• Manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Serve as a liaison between doctors and the office team to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain facility standards, including safety, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as scheduling, inventory assessment, and supply ordering
• Monitor cash handling policies and submit accurate financial documentation

Requirements

• Proven management experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-related experience in eye care or retail management
• Professional certifications such as ABO, NCLE, or LDO
• State Optician’s License (where required by state law)
