About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and operational lead for the Ferrara office, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance.
- Support the administration of Fasanara's Italian legal entity and maintain organized company records.
- Assist the Finance team by organizing invoices and related documentation.
- Coordinate health and safety activities to ensure compliance with Italian workplace regulations (D.Lgs 81/2008).
- Act as the operational liaison between the Ferrara office and international headquarters in London, New York, and Abu Dhabi.
- Provide ad hoc support to senior leadership, including travel coordination and company events.
Requirements
- Right to work in Italy.
- Fluent Italian and professional-level English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in Office Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
- Experience maintaining business records, invoices, or operational documentation.
- Willingness to work fully office-based in Ferrara five days per week.
- Willingness to undergo health and safety training and act as the designated RSPP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Italian workplace health and safety requirements.
- Experience in financial services or a professional corporate environment.
- Previous experience organizing company events, meetings, and international travel.
- Existing health and safety training or certifications.
