About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day office operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations
- Oversee reception, hospitality, and workplace support services
- Manage facilities, office maintenance, and workplace readiness
- Coordinate with landlords, building management, and external vendors
- Oversee employee travel, accommodation, and relocation support
- Manage administration budgets and implement cost optimization initiatives
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Develop office policies, procedures, and service standards
- Lead and develop the administration team
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and documentation management
Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Experience managing multiple office locations is preferred
