About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations, hospitality services, food programs, and office amenities
- Serve as a visible and approachable presence for employees, visitors, and guests
- Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure consistent service delivery
- Provide calendar booking and meeting coordination support for the Country Manager
- Coordinate logistics for local gatherings, leadership visits, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain office documentation, communications, and operational processes
- Monitor workplace conditions and gather employee feedback to improve the office experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, or administration
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or leadership visits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality mindset with strong problem-solving skills
