Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, events, or administration
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or leadership visits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional fluency in both English and French
