Responsibilities
- Own office operations including supplies, equipment, layout, and maintenance
- Coordinate vendors and facilities such as building management, IT support, and cleaning services
- Support employee experience through onboarding and culture engagement initiatives
- Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant on operational priorities and company-wide initiatives
- Manage office budget, track spending, and process invoices
- Plan and execute internal team events
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence to support the team and visitors
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
