About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Support customers with scheduling, service coordination, and problem solving
- Dispatch field technicians and manage dynamic calendars
- Use Service Titan software to manage workflows, scheduling, and updates
- Provide sales and customer support with a focus on professionalism and speed
- Convert potential customer lead calls into booked jobs
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow-up
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
- Experience with Service Titan software or a similar platform
- Previous home services, dispatch, or field ops coordination experience strongly preferred
- Ability to remain organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
