About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Support customers with scheduling, service coordination, and problem solving
  • Dispatch field technicians and manage dynamic calendars
  • Use Service Titan software to manage workflows, scheduling, and updates
  • Provide sales and customer support with a focus on professionalism and speed
  • Convert potential customer lead calls into booked jobs
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow-up

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
  • Experience with Service Titan software or a similar platform
  • Previous home services, dispatch, or field ops coordination experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to remain organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
