Office Management Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support office management in daily operations to ensure smooth office workflows
• Manage the ordering and administration of office and consumable supplies
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers
• Manage the reception area and welcome colleagues, applicants, guests, and suppliers
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal events
• Process central incoming mail and redirect inquiries to the correct contacts
• Perform administrative tasks and support various office space projects
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve office processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student
• Ideally previous experience in office management, administration, or customer service
• Structured, reliable, and able to multitask
• Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude
• Friendly and service-oriented personality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Availability for 20 hours per week
