About the role
Responsibilities
- Project management, assistant activities, and appointment coordination
- Answering internal and external customer inquiries
- Creating statistics, evaluations, and controlling
- Organizing office business processes
- Applying modern IT and communication techniques both digitally and in person
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for accounting
- Proficiency with numbers and written communication in German and English
- Minimum of a good Hauptschulabschluss or Mittlere Reife (preferably in business or higher)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent and conscientious way of working
