About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage office, food, and kitchen supply inventory and maintain shared spaces
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, all-hands sessions, and offsite events
- Support HR functions including onboarding activities and maintaining confidential records
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Handle NDAs, customer/vendor setup in ProShop, and data entry
- Assist with processing vendor invoices and accounts payable records
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least 2 years of office administration or operations experience
- Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, events, or travel
- Experience supporting HR administrative processes or onboarding
- Experience providing administrative or calendar support to leadership
- Experience handling confidential documents and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 lbs
- Must meet ITAR requirements (US citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
