Office & Feel Good Manager

Responsibilities

• Optimize the working atmosphere to increase employee motivation and workplace attractiveness
• Manage office operations including purchasing supplies, handling mail, and preparing meeting rooms
• Organize team events, collaborative activities, and healthy breakfast or lunch sessions to foster team spirit
• Coordinate facility management and maintain #happyworkingplaces
• Act as a point of contact for the team to identify employee needs and improve company culture
• Monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety standards
• Serve as a brand ambassador, living according to the company’s vision and values

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, or relevant work experience in a related area
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
• A structured, efficient, and organized way of working with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Fluency in both German and English
• Availability during morning hours (this is a part-time role up to 20 hours/week)
• A passion for sports, culture, and sustainability
