About the role
About the Company
Podium Automation is reimagining industrial control panel manufacturing through software-enabled design and automated fabrication. We're building technology to create a new industrial supply chain - reducing lead times for critical electrical equipment from months to days.
Responsibilities
- Manage people experience including team lunches, celebrations, and holiday parties
- Assist with end-to-end new-hire setup including hardware and account provisioning
- Build and run visitor management systems and event support
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, building supers, and vendors
- Manage facilities compliance including fire drills and first aid supplies
- Handle facility maintenance such as arc flash suit laundering and building improvements
- Maintain office and warehouse stock including snacks, coffee, and paper goods
- Coordinate tradeshow logistics including swag, booth materials, shipping, and travel schedules
Requirements
- 3+ years in office management, facilities, or workplace operations
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with ability to juggle competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a physical manufacturing environment
- Warm, people-first instincts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Brivo, Slack, Google Workspace, or Odoo
- First aid or OSHA awareness/certification
