About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate hospitality/catering
  • Maintain the daily look and feel of the office space and manage supplies
  • Oversee mail, courier services, and office procurement
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors
  • Partner with IT to log equipment issues and serve as First Aider and Fire Warden
  • Assist with local onboarding/offboarding and track office expenditure
  • Support the recruitment team with interview scheduling and application reviews
  • Plan and execute local social events and cultural activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an agency environment (desirable)
  • Highly computer-literate with experience in G Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
