About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate hospitality/catering
- Maintain the daily look and feel of the office space and manage supplies
- Oversee mail, courier services, and office procurement
- Act as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors
- Partner with IT to log equipment issues and serve as First Aider and Fire Warden
- Assist with local onboarding/offboarding and track office expenditure
- Support the recruitment team with interview scheduling and application reviews
- Plan and execute local social events and cultural activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in an agency environment (desirable)
- Highly computer-literate with experience in G Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
