About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the professional face of Airtree for founders, investors, and guests
- Manage meeting room setups and office aesthetics
- Coordinate weekly food, snack, and catering orders
- Manage facilities, maintenance, and service providers
- Support the Platform & Investment team with event guest experience and setup
- Manage swag and branded merchandise inventory
- Drive employee experience touchpoints including onboarding, birthdays, and milestones
- Provide multi-person scheduling support and EA support to a senior executive including diary management and travel bookings
Requirements
- 2-4 years in hospitality, events, workplace experience, or office management
- Prior experience in an EA, PA, or senior admin support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience managing suppliers and vendors
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Tech-curious with an interest in AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, tech company, or venture capital firm
