Office Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation
• Manage cost and design updates, including RFIs, change orders, and document updates
• Support field supervision with seamless communication and logistics
• Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications
• Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work
• Gain hands-on exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in a construction or engineering environment
• Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling principles
• Willingness to relocate for project assignments and career growth opportunities
