About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the West Hollywood office, including supplies, snacks, and kitchen inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and vendor relationships
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, workstations, and welcome materials for new hires
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events
- Assist with planning internal meetings, client gatherings, and community events
- Provide administrative support to the Development team, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Track action items and support special projects and research
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or executive support
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple departments or executives
- Experience coordinating events or employee engagement initiatives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization
