About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing professional front-desk coverage and scheduling.
- Conduct regular office walkthroughs to maintain high standards for cleanliness, security, organization, and seat management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, first-aid kits, and employee nourishment programs including lunch and snacks.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Plan and execute company events and employee engagement experiences in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace operations through the use of AI and automation tools.
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office coordination, administration, hospitality, or operations.
- Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment when working under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education degree.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to automate and improve workplace processes.
