About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming office deliveries and distribute items to employees
- Coordinate general office maintenance and liaise with building management
- Oversee upkeep of office equipment, appliances, and facilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail communications
- Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Maintain organization of supply areas and IT storage
- Ensure office and conference rooms are presentable and prepared for meetings
- Update desk assignments and capacity grids
- Coordinate employee experience initiatives such as lunch orders and office outings
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, hospitality, or related roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience coordinating vendors, supplies, and facilities requests
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the New York City office
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to identifying process improvements using AI and technology tools
