About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and maintain a professional workplace environment
- Serve as the primary liaison for building management, property management, and office vendors
- Manage incoming mail, correspondence distribution, and office access/visitor registration
- Maintain office supplies and breakroom inventory, coordinating replenishment with approved vendors
- Assist with facilities-related requests, maintenance issues, repairs, and office improvement projects
- Support office safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and building communications
- Assist with invoice processing, lease administration, and other administrative or financial tasks
- Support special projects, company initiatives, meetings, and events as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, or facilities support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
