Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations and maintain a professional workplace environment
  • Serve as the primary liaison for building management, property management, and office vendors
  • Manage incoming mail, correspondence distribution, and office access/visitor registration
  • Maintain office supplies and breakroom inventory, coordinating replenishment with approved vendors
  • Assist with facilities-related requests, maintenance issues, repairs, and office improvement projects
  • Support office safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and building communications
  • Assist with invoice processing, lease administration, and other administrative or financial tasks
  • Support special projects, company initiatives, meetings, and events as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, or facilities support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
