About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of IXL by greeting guests and managing incoming mail and packages
- Manage office inventory, including ordering and organizing kitchen, general office, and shipping supplies
- Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies remain well-stocked
- Support the recruiting team by assisting with on-site interviews and candidate arrivals
- Coordinate office socials, events, and corporate-wide initiatives
- Handle company-wide announcements and other administrative support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment or equivalent
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently, maintain high confidentiality, and problem-solve effectively
