About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of IXL by greeting guests and managing incoming mail and packages
  • Manage office inventory, including ordering and organizing kitchen, general office, and shipping supplies
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies remain well-stocked
  • Support the recruiting team by assisting with on-site interviews and candidate arrivals
  • Coordinate office socials, events, and corporate-wide initiatives
  • Handle company-wide announcements and other administrative support tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently, maintain high confidentiality, and problem-solve effectively
