About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily upkeep of common areas, workspaces, and conference rooms
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including property management, catering, and custodial services
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage service requests via ticketing
  • Assist with space planning, seating arrangements, and office layout
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance teams on ad hoc facility projects
  • Support and execute company events and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or workplace operations
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to handle basic office AV and conferencing setups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work 6 days per week
