About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily upkeep of common areas, workspaces, and conference rooms
- Manage relationships with external vendors including property management, catering, and custodial services
- Maintain office supply inventory and manage service requests via ticketing
- Assist with space planning, seating arrangements, and office layout
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance teams on ad hoc facility projects
- Support and execute company events and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or workplace operations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to handle basic office AV and conferencing setups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 6 days per week
