About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and announce visitors
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate team members
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Manage office supplies and organization
  • Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare certificates of insurance
  • Order loss runs and loss control recommendations
  • Handle non-pay cancellations and process no premium bearing endorsements
  • Interact with clients to resolve concerns
  • Schedule conference room reservations

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
