About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and announce visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate team members
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
- Manage office supplies and organization
- Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare certificates of insurance
- Order loss runs and loss control recommendations
- Handle non-pay cancellations and process no premium bearing endorsements
- Interact with clients to resolve concerns
- Schedule conference room reservations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Insurance industry experience preferred
