About the role
About the Company
fab2 is an early-stage hardware startup founded by Sam Zeloof and Jim Keller. The team designs and builds the hardware, software, tools, and components needed for chip manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, calendars, and visitor support
- Oversee office supplies, grocery orders, and weekly meal coordination
- Supervise dayporter and janitorial staff and manage cleaning schedules
- Maintain office environment including furniture, AV equipment, and security systems
- Handle mailing, logistics, and courier scheduling
- Plan and execute company events from end-to-end
- Greet guests and candidates to ensure a seamless experience
Requirements
- Experience as an office coordinator, office manager, or similar role
- Experience in event support (off-sites, executive meetings, gatherings)
- Experience in vendor management or negotiation
- Hands-on experience managing office infrastructure (AV, hardware, security systems)
- Experience managing facilities vendors
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for nanotechnology or deep tech
- Experience working at a startup or fast-scaling company
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion
- Eye for workspace design
