Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for general employee inquiries
  • Manage administrative items for employee transactions including offer letters, background checks, and leaves of absence
  • Process new hire details into HRIS and payroll and submit offboarding requests
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Prepare and proof documents, letters, and internal communications
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Revise company policies to align with legislation and market trends
  • Support Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee activities
  • Compile data and prepare reports such as attrition and work hour summaries

Requirements

  • Human Resources Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Intermediate English level
