About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Carwow reception and front of house area
- Handle guest and new joiner management, ensuring workspace readiness
- Act as the main point of contact for building management, security, and deliveries
- Oversee and implement health and safety protocols and conduct regular floor walks
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure tech setups are functional
- Act as the primary onsite contact for office vendors including cleaning and catering
- Track, budget, and order office provisions, stationery, and kitchen supplies
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Office Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Workplace Assistant, or Front of House role
- Experience in a fast-paced tech, media, or creative corporate environment
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with employees and contractors
- Ability to work 4 days a week (8:30am - 5:00pm) from the London office
