Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate office management and administrative workflows
• Plan meetings, appointments, business travel, and internal events
• Professionally welcome guests, customers, and service providers
• Handle mail, emails, and telephone inquiries
• Support internal communication and create presentations and documents
• Provide administrative support to HR (e.g., onboarding and document management)
• Assist the Finance department with invoices, petty cash, and administrative tasks
• Coordinate company vehicles and collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration
• Initial experience in office management, assistance, or a comparable role
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
