Office Clerk/Service Employee with Automotive Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth service process and excellent quality for customers by advising them through the entire contract process.
• Perform visual vehicle assessments and create electronic condition reports using our proprietary app.
• Manage administrative tasks including vehicle de-registration and preparing vehicles for B2B and B2C business.
• Act as a local point of contact to guide customers from the initial greeting through to the final purchase signature.

Requirements

• Commercial experience (career changers with a strong administrative background are welcome).
• Strong service orientation and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.
• Automotive knowledge, such as experience as a mechanic, painter, or automotive specialist, is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and an interest in an automotive environment.
