Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth service process and excellent quality for customers by advising them on contract details.
• Manage administrative tasks alongside hands-on work with vehicles.
• Perform visual vehicle appraisals and create electronic condition reports using a proprietary app.
• Handle vehicle de-registrations and prepare inventory for B2B and B2C business operations.

Requirements

• Commercial experience or a background in customer service.
• Automotive knowledge (e.g., experience as a mechanic, painter, or automotive clerk) is a significant plus.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and a "can-do" attitude.
• Interest in working within a fast-paced automotive environment.
