About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness, layout, and stock levels for supplies and fridges
- Manage front-of-house, visitor arrivals, meeting room setups, and catering
- Track office budgets and costs related to supplies and building services
- Handle physical and administrative setup for new hires and leavers
- Coordinate staff events, weekly lunches, and monthly agency meetings
- Lead logistics, venue sourcing, and travel for team offsites and client events
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including travel, accommodation, and expenses
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media channels, and website management
- Support sales functions with CRM data and inbound enquiries
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administration
- Proven ability to organize team events and logistics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive company culture
