About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide reception services in the main nursing office
- Support SONHI staff, faculty, and administration
- Perform general office management and process work orders
- Maintain SONHI databases and update website pages
- Post announcements on social media and newsletters
- Create electronic forms using Qualtrics
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Manage inventory for copier and break rooms
- Assist with SONHI operations and events
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in an efficient environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office experience
- Experience with multitasking and organization across multiple projects
