Office Assistant to Station Management

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks including document filing, key management, and archiving security-related files
• Work closely with the station management and report directly on administrative and organizational matters
• Manage correspondence, create communications and protocols, handle telephone inquiries, schedule appointments, and send invitations
• Monitor and manage office supplies, including material orders and uniform management
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle personal inquiries and coordinate appointments and travel
• Create and maintain reports, statistics, training records, and presentations
• Assist with invoice verification and processing

Requirements

• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
• Experience as an office clerk or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working
• Flexibility and resilience in stressful situations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive data
