About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage third-party vendors by providing on-site escort and supervision for services such as HVAC, pest control, and fire safety.
- Verify completed scheduled maintenance (PPM) through physical inspection and sign off on service reports.
- Monitor daily housekeeping performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness and immediate response to requests.
- Conduct daily morning and evening site walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness gaps.
- Monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and server room environments to ensure optimal operating conditions.
- Supervise on-site renovation projects, ensuring contractors adhere to approved plans, timelines, and safety regulations.
- Support the Facilities Supervisor with ad-hoc projects including asset tagging, office relocations, and emergency response.
- Maintain digital records of site inspections, incident logs, and vendor reports.
- Provide administrative support for local office functions including Purchasing, HR, logistics, IT, and Finance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and the ability to perform regular site inspections and manual duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with stakeholders and vendors.
