About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients and support the office by working with vendors and business partners
  • Perform standard office duties including filing, writing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to client enquiries and emails
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • High school diploma
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Professionalism and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Secondary language in Spanish or Chinese
