About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and support the office by working with vendors and business partners
- Perform standard office duties including filing, writing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to client enquiries and emails
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Professionalism and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Secondary language in Spanish or Chinese
