Office and Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support clients through phone calls, email, mailings, and training events to ensure satisfaction
• Review all quotes for accurate and complete information
• Act as a communication liaison between sales, customers, field service, and production
• Execute Customer Service metrics reporting plans
• Perform kitting and issuing of parts to jobs and sales orders
• Manage receiving, stocking, and recording of all inventory items
• Coordinate customer product service returns and warranty returns
• Use computerized systems for inbound and outbound shipping and receiving
• Assist with product ordering and maintain organized records

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in a changing environment
• Mathematical accuracy for calculating figures, discounts, and percentages
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (telephone, photocopier, fax, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or specific relevant coursework
• Previous industry experience
