About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional facilities management services in line with the company strategy
  • Manage outsourced services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, and utilities
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of facilities employees and outsourced partners
  • Oversee daily Health & Safety compliance, conducting site inspections and managing risk assessments
  • Manage the annual facilities budget, controlling day-to-day spend and ensuring value for money
  • Oversee supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs to ensure high service standards
  • Coordinate with building managers on property developments, upgrades, and refurbishments
  • Manage fleet services and onsite staff shop operations
  • Monitor sustainability KPIs related to utilities, recycling, and waste consumption

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management
  • Experience leading, supporting, and developing diverse teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
  • Deep commitment to Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers, contracts, and SLAs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial awareness and experience managing departmental budgets
  • Technical understanding of building operations or maintenance
