About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional facilities management services in line with the company strategy
- Manage outsourced services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, and utilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of facilities employees and outsourced partners
- Oversee daily Health & Safety compliance, conducting site inspections and managing risk assessments
- Manage the annual facilities budget, controlling day-to-day spend and ensuring value for money
- Oversee supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs to ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with building managers on property developments, upgrades, and refurbishments
- Manage fleet services and onsite staff shop operations
- Monitor sustainability KPIs related to utilities, recycling, and waste consumption
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Experience leading, supporting, and developing diverse teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Deep commitment to Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing multiple suppliers, contracts, and SLAs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial awareness and experience managing departmental budgets
- Technical understanding of building operations or maintenance
