Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC office to ensure a clean and inviting workspace
- Handle relationships with building management, vendors, and other tenants
- Track and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventory
- Build and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster workplace culture
- Partner with People and IT teams for smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Book travel arrangements for employees and candidates
- Support team offsites, relocation logistics, and visitor coordination
Requirements
- 3+ years in office management, employee experience, or operations
- Experience in a startup environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and travel/expense platforms
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week from the NYC office
