Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC office to ensure a clean and inviting workspace
  • Handle relationships with building management, vendors, and other tenants
  • Track and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventory
  • Build and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster workplace culture
  • Partner with People and IT teams for smooth onboarding and offboarding
  • Book travel arrangements for employees and candidates
  • Support team offsites, relocation logistics, and visitor coordination

Requirements

  • 3+ years in office management, employee experience, or operations
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and travel/expense platforms
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours per week from the NYC office
