Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route warm transfer calls from the Oklahoma City office
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate office access, keys, badges, and security procedures
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing

Requirements

  • Positive, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter capable of taking ownership and solving problems
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in office management, executive support, or hospitality
