About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and client invoicing
  • Oversee petty cash, bill payments, and quarterly financial reporting
  • Record all financial transactions in Odoo and assist with budget preparation
  • Coordinate office maintenance, inventory, and vendor relations
  • Organize team travel including flights, accommodations, and visa applications
  • Support HR functions such as drafting job descriptions and scheduling interviews
  • Manage procurement by sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations
  • Plan and coordinate team events and activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting with 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in office management within the Healthcare Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo accounting software
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
