About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and client invoicing
- Oversee petty cash, bill payments, and quarterly financial reporting
- Record all financial transactions in Odoo and assist with budget preparation
- Coordinate office maintenance, inventory, and vendor relations
- Organize team travel including flights, accommodations, and visa applications
- Support HR functions such as drafting job descriptions and scheduling interviews
- Manage procurement by sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations
- Plan and coordinate team events and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in office management within the Healthcare Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo accounting software
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
