About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily London office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace
- Manage office supplies, kitchen consumables, and coordinate regular food shops
- Liaise with suppliers, cleaners, and building management
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting room setup and hospitality
- Assist the People team with onboarding logistics, employee events, and HR documentation
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and small projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration or coordination role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in London from 9 am to 12:45 pm
- Proactive attitude with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
