About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Tamm
  • Handle employment contracts, renewals, and Iqama processes
  • Coordinate vehicle-related procedures via Tamm
  • Maintain employee files, vacation records, and attendance tracking
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation
  • Support office organization, filing systems, and basic procurement
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Proficiency in Qiwa, Muqeem, and Tamm portals
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GOSI, Mudad, and Absher Business portals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
