About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Tamm
- Handle employment contracts, renewals, and Iqama processes
- Coordinate vehicle-related procedures via Tamm
- Maintain employee files, vacation records, and attendance tracking
- Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation
- Support office organization, filing systems, and basic procurement
- Prepare reports and summaries for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in Qiwa, Muqeem, and Tamm portals
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GOSI, Mudad, and Absher Business portals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
