Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing shipments and manage shipping needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies
- Greet onsite visitors and manage visitor logs
- Schedule and coordinate contractors requiring building access
- Create, issue, and track employee badges
- Provide general administrative assistance including documentation and task coordination
