Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and manage shipping needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies
  • Greet onsite visitors and manage visitor logs
  • Schedule and coordinate contractors requiring building access
  • Create, issue, and track employee badges
  • Provide general administrative assistance including documentation and task coordination
