About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the San Francisco office remains organized, clean, and fully functional for employees and visitors
- Sort and distribute mail, receive incoming packages, and manage outgoing shipments and event materials
- Monitor and restock mailing supplies and manage company swag
- Act as the on-site point of contact for building management and external vendors
- Prepare meeting rooms and communal areas for team gatherings and executive visits
- Assist with in-person events for employees, customers, and prospects
- Provide occasional ad hoc project support for various departments
Requirements
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of 10-15 hours per week on-site in San Francisco
- Experience organizing physical spaces and managing day-to-day operations
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Clear and friendly communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or facilities management
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, or other modern collaboration tools
- A "no task too small" attitude and a passion for helping others
