Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with data entry, reports, invoices, and other administrative projects
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support onboarding and new hire processes
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Provide general support to leadership and internal teams as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of office administration or administrative assistant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
