About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
  • Prepare documentation and maintain office records and files
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in basic accounting procedures
  • Experience in marketing support
  • Experience using INTACT software
