About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare documentation and maintain office records and files
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in basic accounting procedures
- Experience in marketing support
- Experience using INTACT software

- Salary between €30K and €35K depending on experience
