Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating maintenance
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Provide a professional welcome to visitors and clients
- Ensure the office is well-organized and assist in organizing company events
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
