About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Draft and circulate meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and documents
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including accounts and tool setup
  • Collect and track receipts, petty cash, and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate with vendors for office-related payments and invoices
  • Assist HR with onboarding logistics such as ID cards and hardware
  • Track attendance, leave calendars, and team events
  • Provide first-level technical support for Google Workspace and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain inventory of tech equipment and software licenses

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or operations
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience in a multinational or consulting environment
