About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Draft and circulate meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and documents
- Assist with employee onboarding, including accounts and tool setup
- Collect and track receipts, petty cash, and expense reimbursements
- Coordinate with vendors for office-related payments and invoices
- Assist HR with onboarding logistics such as ID cards and hardware
- Track attendance, leave calendars, and team events
- Provide first-level technical support for Google Workspace and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of tech equipment and software licenses
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or operations
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in a multinational or consulting environment
